The Site presents institutional information about ILEC services; it does not replace a signed commercial proposal or contract.

2.1. Doug — product page

The page at faggundes.com/ilec/doug presents Doug, ILEC’s personal operations agent. The product is in pilot stage: features, channels, plans and timelines described there are informational and may change; nothing on that page is a binding offer, a performance guarantee or a contract. Prices apply only once formally published. Use of the application is governed by its own terms at faggundes.com/doug/termos.

Joining the waiting list creates no access right, contractual priority or response deadline. Sensitive decisions supported by Doug remain under human responsibility.

3. Intellectual property

Branding, content and materials are protected; unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, malware, abusive scraping, or unlawful data collection.

5. Third-party services

Links/integrations with Meta, TikTok, Google, etc. are governed by their terms.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect damages and interruptions.
